Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website iig.co.in (the "Site") and any products, services, or communications offered by PT Indonesia Industrial Group ("IIG", "we", "us", or "our"). PT Indonesia Industrial Group is an Indonesian private limited company registered at JL Raya Celuk, Bali, Indonesia. Business registration number (NIB): [TODO — pending]. IIG is a B2B trading and construction company. Through the Site we publish information about products available through our international trading channels, advertise our construction and supply-chain services, and allow prospective customers to submit inquiries, requests for quotations (RFQs), and contact messages. Any order, contract of sale, or construction engagement is confirmed separately through signed offers, pro-forma invoices or contracts.

Prices shown on the Site are indicative only and may change without notice. They do not constitute a binding offer. A binding price is only established once IIG issues a written quotation or pro-forma invoice based on your specific RFQ, and you accept it in writing.

When you submit a request via the "Request Quote" form, you warrant that the information you provide is accurate and complete. IIG will use reasonable efforts to respond within one business day.

Payment terms, currency, and milestones for each order are defined in the applicable quotation or contract. Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment providers, including Xendit, and are subject to those providers' own terms and conditions. IIG does not store full card or bank credentials on its own servers.

Deposits may be required before production or dispatch. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, goods remain the property of IIG until the invoice is paid in full.

Delivery terms for trading products are stated per quotation using Incoterms® 2020 (e.g. FOB, CIF, DDP). Quoted lead times are estimates based on current supplier and shipping availability and are not warranted.

For construction services, timelines, milestones, and scope of work are defined in the specific construction contract.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IIG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from or related to the use of the Site or any transaction concluded through the Site.

IIG's aggregate liability in connection with any single order is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for that order.

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is owned by or licensed to IIG and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish material from the Site without prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through good-faith discussion and, failing that, submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent at the seat of PT Indonesia Industrial Group.
