This Privacy Policy explains how PT Indonesia Industrial Group ("IIG", "we") collects, uses, and safeguards personal information in connection with the website iig.co.in (the "Site") and our business activities. We collect the information you submit through the contact form, the Request for Quotation (RFQ) form, and the account sign-up or checkout flows. This typically includes your name, company name, email address, phone number, country, product interest, and the contents of any message you send to us.

We also collect limited technical information automatically — such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps — through standard web-server logs and cookies, to keep the Site secure and to understand how it is used.

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, prepare and send you quotations, fulfil orders, deliver construction services, send transactional notifications, comply with legal and tax obligations, and improve the Site.

• Xendit (payments): when you pay through Xendit, the payment page is operated by Xendit and governed by its own privacy policy. IIG does not store your card or bank credentials.

• InsForge (backend and email dispatch): form submissions and inquiries are stored and dispatched as email notifications using the InsForge backend-as-a-service platform.

• Vercel (hosting): the Site is hosted on Vercel's global infrastructure.

We retain inquiries, quotation records and customer communications for as long as we have an active relationship with you and for a reasonable period thereafter to meet legal, accounting, and audit requirements. You can request deletion of your records at any time by contacting us at support@iig.co.in.

Under Indonesian data-protection law, you have the right to access, correct, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@iig.co.in.
