IIG is a procurement and construction platform serving industrial buyers across Southeast Asia. Founded in 2018 in Bali, we source 2,400+ vetted SKUs from 14 countries and deliver them — commissioned, warrantied, on-site — through our own logistics and build teams.
Our story
IIG started as a two-person sourcing desk in 2018, helping a handful of Balinese contractors avoid the overheads of importing heavy equipment directly. What we learned in the first two years — about customs, about supplier verification, about commissioning — became the backbone of the company.
Today we operate yards in Jakarta, Surabaya and Makassar, employ 62 procurement and construction specialists, and run projects for some of Indonesia's largest EPCs.
The mission hasn't changed: one accountable counterparty for the whole procurement lifecycle. Sourcing, logistics, construction, commissioning — one desk, one contract, one warranty.
